These Terms and Conditions shall apply to the Essential Vat Insights workshop which KPMG Oman (“we”, “us” or “KPMG”) provide to the party or person contracting with KPMG for Training which shall include any participant of Training irrespective of whether registered directly or through another party (“You”). In case of multiple participants, the registering party shall ensure that all participants are aware of and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1	Fees shall be due in full at the time of registration. Training participation shall not be confirmed until registration is complete and full payment is received.
2	Early-bird offers and prices with 10% discount shall only apply to registrations and payments completed 14 days before the commencement date of the Training.
3	Group bookings are applicable for 4 or more registrations of the same training with a 20% discount.
4	Special offers or discounts shall not be clubbed with any other scheme/ discount/ special offer made available by KPMG from time to time.
5	Cancellations must be made no later than four (4) days prior to the Training for full refund of fees. Late cancellations made within four (4) days prior to the Training shall be applicable for 50% refund of fees.Transfer of registration to another participant is accepted. No shows and cancellations/deferments not made within the specified period will incur the full cost of registration. Requests for cancellation, deferment or transfer must be received by email to ajacob@kpmg.com.
6	We reserve the right, at any time, to cancel any Training for any reason whatsoever, or amend the format, location, date, time, fees or any other aspect of a Training.
7	We shall not accept any liability, whatsoever, including for consequential loss or reimbursement of any cost incurred by you in relation to Training. KPMG’s aggregate liability to you for any reason whatsoever, including negligence, shall be limited to the registration fees paid by you to KPMG.
8	We may use third party providers to provide or design the Training.
9	All materials (“KPMG Materials”) provided for any Training, including but not limited to data, logos, instructions, graphics, text, software, audio, music and design are owned by KPMG or KPMG third party providers. No content, in whole or in part, of KPMG Materials may be copied, photographed, recorded, transmitted, reproduced, uploaded, displayed, linked to or used in any way without the prior written permission of KPMG. Any such use is strictly prohibited and will constitute an infringement of the Intellectual Property (“IP”) rights of KPMG, or in the case of materials licensed to KPMG, the owner of such materials. KPMG reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any action, including legal recourse, in response to any actual or threatened infringement of the IP rights of KPMG.
10	Any personal information you provide us will be processed in accordance with KPMG Policy on Data Privacy. KPMG collects, stores and processes personal information about you for the purpose of administering the Training and all other services provided by us; and will continue to hold data after the Training.
11	We reserve the right and absolute discretion to refuse admission to or to remove any person from a Training for failing to comply with these Terms and Conditions , including a person who in the sole opinion of KPMG represents a security risk or annoyance to the administration of the Training or KPMG.
12	These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Oman and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Oman.
